UploadReady Help

Use this guide to prepare exam documents, understand Complete Pack rules, and keep candidate files private while working in your browser.

What UploadReady Is

UploadReady prepares exam documents inside your browser for supported form-upload requirements.

It can resize images, prepare selected PDF pages, build safe filenames, and show whether a Complete Pack is ready.

Privacy Summary

Your candidate files stay in browser memory and are not uploaded to ScriptoraPDF servers.

Clearing the session or closing the page removes the working state from the page.

How To Use UploadReady

Choose an exam preset, add the required files, review each document card, then run Fix All Documents.

If a document needs a decision, confirm the visible choice before processing.

Download individual outputs or the Complete Pack when every active document is ready.

Supported Document Types

Common supported files include photograph, signature, thumb impression, photo identity document, Caste Certificate, and category or concession documents when the selected official preset requires them.

A preset can also mark a document as guide-only when the official portal requires live capture instead of upload.

Understanding Statuses

Ready means the prepared file passed the technical checks available in the selected preset.

Needs attention means you must replace the source, review readability, or check an official rule before using the file.

Readability confirmation required means an image-based PDF was created and every page must be visually checked.

Raster Recovery And Readability Review

Raster recovery renders selected PDF pages locally, encodes them as JPEG images, and builds a new PDF.

Because this can change visual sharpness, you must inspect every rendered page before using the recovered file.

Complete Pack Rules

Complete Pack includes only active outputs that are safe, current, and complete.

A file may be available individually while still being blocked from Complete Pack if readability review is not finished.

Limits And Responsibilities

UploadReady checks technical file properties only. It does not verify legal validity, candidate eligibility, issuing authority, or portal acceptance.

Always compare your final files with the latest official notification and the live application portal.

Troubleshooting

If a file is too large, try the recovery decision shown in the document card or replace the source with a clearer scan.

If a PDF is password-protected, corrupt, unclear, or too heavy for your device, create a fresh scan and process it again.

If a download does not start, use a modern browser and make sure pop-up or download blocking is not preventing the save dialog.

Contact And Feedback

For UploadReady feedback, use support@scriptorapdf.com or the privacy-safe feedback page.

Do not send certificates, IDs, application numbers, passwords, or private candidate documents in feedback.

UploadReady FAQs

Privacy And Security

How do feedback and reviews work?

Feedback opens your own email app through an explicit mailto action. Reviews are manually curated only, and no review is published without permission and redaction.

What privacy protection keeps my files from being uploaded?

No. UploadReady processes candidate files locally in your browser memory and does not send them to ScriptoraPDF servers.

Does ScriptoraPDF store my documents?

No. UploadReady does not store your documents in a ScriptoraPDF database or account.

Does UploadReady use browser storage for my files?

No. The UploadReady workflow keeps candidate document data in volatile page memory only.

What happens when I clear the session?

The page cancels active work and releases local previews and prepared outputs from the current browser session.

Can ScriptoraPDF see my files?

No. The website can serve the app files, but your selected candidate files are processed locally on your device.

Exam Upload Rules

How do I use UploadReady?

Choose a preset, add the requested documents, resolve any visible decisions, run Fix All Documents, then inspect and download the prepared files.

Which documents can UploadReady prepare?

UploadReady can prepare supported photos and signatures, selected PDF pages, Caste Certificate files, identity documents, and other preset-specific documents.

How are photos and signatures handled?

Photos and signatures are resized locally against the selected preset's pixel, format and size limits. Visual correctness still has to be checked by the candidate.

How are formats and size limits checked?

UploadReady checks the output Blob format and byte size against the active preset. If a limit is not published in the cited source, it does not invent one.

What if I still get a portal rejection?

Paste the exact portal rejection text into the local review box. UploadReady may suggest a local recovery, but the official portal makes the final decision.

Does UploadReady guarantee portal acceptance?

No. UploadReady prepares technical file properties. Final acceptance remains with the official application portal and examining authority.

Why should I check the official notification?

Exam upload rules can change. Use UploadReady as a preparation tool, then verify the current notice and portal instructions before submitting.

What if my exam changed its size limit?

Use a custom requirement or wait for the preset to be updated. Do not rely on an old preset when the official portal shows a different rule.

What if my certificate format is different?

Follow the official notice for your exam and category. UploadReady does not judge certificate format, issuing authority, or legal validity.

Caste And Category Documents

What does Caste Certificate mean here?

It means the category certificate file requested by the selected preset. SC, ST, and OBC-NCL certificate requirements can differ by exam and authority.

Is EWS a caste certificate?

No. EWS is separate from caste/category certificates and should be handled only when the official exam notice asks for it.

Are SC, ST, and OBC-NCL certificates always the same?

No. Prescribed formats, validity dates, language, issuing authority, seal, and signature requirements can differ.

Who verifies certificate validity?

Only the official authority or application portal can verify validity and eligibility. UploadReady checks file preparation details only.

Compression And Recovery

How do PDF pages work?

For multi-page PDFs, UploadReady asks you to confirm the selected PDF pages before processing so the browser does not silently choose pages for you.

Why did the tool ask for raster recovery?

The conservative PDF output could not meet the hard size limit. Raster recovery creates an image-based PDF locally after your explicit confirmation.

Why is readability confirmation required?

Raster recovery can affect sharpness. You must inspect every page before trusting the recovered output.

Why is the recovered file excluded from Complete Pack?

Complete Pack blocks image-based PDF recovery until every rendered page has been reviewed and confirmed readable.

Can a target size be impossible?

Yes. Very strict size limits can be impossible without making a document unreadable. UploadReady will mark those cases as needing attention.

Downloads And Complete Pack

What is included in Complete Pack?

Only active documents with current ready outputs are included, plus a redacted validation summary.

Why is a file available individually but not in Complete Pack?

The file may still require readability review or another decision. Individual download lets you inspect it without claiming the full pack is complete.

Are filenames safe for upload portals?

UploadReady uses generic safe filenames and excludes original private filenames from the Complete Pack summary.

Browser Compatibility

What should I do after errors or cancellation?

If processing is cancelled or an error appears, replace the source or run the step again. Late results from cancelled work are discarded instead of being committed.

Which browsers work best?

Modern Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari are recommended. Large PDF recovery works best on recent desktop browsers.

What should I do if the browser freezes?

Wait for current processing to finish or cancel it, then try a smaller source file or a desktop browser with more memory.

Does it work on mobile?

Many image workflows work on mobile, but large scanned PDFs may need a desktop browser because they use more memory.
